Gatlinburg

Not a cabin in the woods. A statement on the mountaintop.

Our Story

Perched on a private Smoky-Mountain ridgeline, Vayhaus Gatlinburg fuses striking modern architecture with awe-inspiring wilderness. Soaring 15-foot glass walls frame uninterrupted views of America’s most-visited national park, inviting guests to swap rustic log cabins for panoramic horizons and starlit skies.

Created by designers Mike and Raquel Ayres, this three-bedroom, three-bath retreat pairs clean lines and curated furnishings with indulgences like a courtyard hot tub, gas fireplace, and living green wall. Minutes from downtown yet wrapped in forest quiet, it delivers the best of both worlds—design-forward comfort and unfiltered nature.

A Glass-Framed Sanctuary

Fifteen-foot windows, a chef-ready kitchen, and spa-inspired baths blur the line between luxe living and raw landscape. Step into the courtyard to soak beneath the stars, lounge beside a vertical garden, or gather around the outdoor TV after a day of adventure.

Beyond the home, a ridgeline trail reveals dawn pinks over Mt. Le Conte, while the nearby SkyBridge and Anakeesta treetop walk keep the thrills alive. It’s design as experience—elevated, effortless, unforgettable.
